I'm Dean and I'm an Agile coach, and consultant, with technology and architecture expertise, and 20+ years of experience backed by the latest industry recognised certifications such as SAFe 5, CSM, DSDM Atern, PRINCE2, MCSE and TOGAF. I have lead successful projects and programs from start-ups to the largest financial institutions in the world, including HSBC and JP Morgan Chase.

 

I am easy to talk to, and can easily translate complex "techie-speak" into plain English. I'm patient and an active listener. I aim to not waffle and get to the point with things, with the goal of ensuring you fully understand the problem/solution both efficiently and effectively.I enjoy sharing my knowledge and insights and genuinely helping people.I have worked with individuals and organisations across the world, implementing systems, processes and transformations.
